We don’t keep your invoices. This page explains the little we do hold.
On your device
The invoice you are typing, a copy of your templates for offline use and your licence are kept in your browser (IndexedDB and local storage). We cannot see the draft. We keep no record of the invoices you download.
What we store when you buy
When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details and billing address under Stripe's privacy policy; we never see your card. Stripe passes us the email address you paid with and a payment reference. We keep those, with a licence id and its status, so you can restore the licence on another device and so a refund can switch it off. Legal basis: performing our contract with you. Kept for as long as the licence exists.
Templates
If you have a licence, the templates you save (a template holds whatever you typed on it: your details, a client's details, line items, bank details, your logo) are stored on our server so you can use them wherever you log in. They are on Cloudflare R2 in the EU, encrypted at rest, under your licence id, and we are the data controller for them. Deleting a template, or "Delete all my templates", removes it from our server immediately. Legal basis: performing our contract with you. Kept until you delete them or the licence ends.
Logging in
To log in on another browser we email a one-time link to the purchase address. Emails are sent through Resend. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
What we do not do
No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no selling of data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to keep the service running.
Your rights
You can ask us to show or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Deleting the email record means the licence can no longer be restored to a new device. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Who is responsible
