What you get

Limitless Invoices is a web application for making invoices. Using the editor is free. Downloading PDFs and saving templates need a one-time licence, sold for $19 (or the local equivalent shown at checkout). The licence is personal, lasts for as long as the service exists, and covers unlimited downloads. It is for business use.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe charges you, issues the receipt and handles applicable taxes. Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself. Refund requests go to Stripe (Link support) or to us; a refund switches the licence off.

Your data

We keep no copy of the invoices you download; the PDF is yours to keep. With a licence, the templates you save are stored on our server so you can use them wherever you log in, and you can delete them at any time. We store the email address used at checkout so you can log in on another browser. See the privacy policy.

Your invoices are yours

You are responsible for what your invoices say, including tax rates, numbering and compliance with the rules that apply to your business. Limitless Invoices calculates totals from what you type; it does not give tax advice.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. English law applies, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
